The Digital Marketing Lead in our team will deal with the following tasks: Development and launch of various promotions for our regular and new clients; Analysis of client flow, collection of statistics and development of proposals for improvement; Monitoring of the microfinance market, search growth points; Finding, developing and launching new advertising channels; Setting tasks for copywriters, designers, developers. The filter for this position will be: Experience in Internet marketing for 3 years or more; Focus on achieving specific results and goals; Clear understanding of the concepts of CPC, CPA , CPL, CPM, CPI, CPS, eCPC, eCPM, CR, CTR, as well as how LEAD differs from SALES; Knowledge of Google Analytics & GTM; Non-standard approach to work (this is a very competitive industry); English language — Upper-Intermediate level and above; Willingness to develop in new directions.
