Your role: 

As a Digital Marketing Analyst at our Poznan office, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance digital performance for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Google Tag Manager and GA4 Account Setup: Implement, configure and support our customers during the implementation process. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze collected data and present your insights in clear, actionable reports. 
  • Advisory Role: Advise clients on attribution and conversion models for their reporting. 
  • Proposing Additional Tools: Recommend extra measuring tools to enhance digital performance. 
  • Collaboration with Web Department: Work closely with our web department to explore new ways of capturing digital behavior on emerging channels such as digital folders. 

What we're looking for: 

  • Expertise with Tools: You can setup and maintain Google Tag Manager, implement and configure Google Analytics 4, produce report and dashboards in Looker Studio/Data Studio.
  • Analytical skills: You use collected data, reports and dasboards to draw conclusions, provide insights and recommendations on how to improve digital performance.
  • Language Skills: At least B2 level English proficiency. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role, whether on the agency side or client side. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute individually. 

Nice to have: 

  • SEO Knowledge: Ability to formulate an SEO strategy encompassing technical, functional, and content aspects. 
  • Alternative Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Matomo, Piwik Pro, or other alternatives to Google Analytics.

Recruitment process:

  • Intro call: You get to know about Addretail, we check your communication in English, you get a feeling of thecompany vibe (30 mins).
  • Competence interview: We talk about your experience and expertise. Normally you also meet your future manager at that stage. (1 hr).
