Main responsibilities
Content and social networks
- Maintenance and analytics of Instagram, Telegram: regular posting, stories, Reels, live broadcasts.
- Generation of photos, videos and texts through AI (MidJourney, Nano Banana, Kling, Krea, ChatGPT) audience.
- Content testing (A/B tests of formats).
Funnels and mailings (with the help of AI assistants)
- Building marketing funnels TOFU/MOFU/BOFU.
- Development of materials for funnels (PDF guides, lookbooks, checklists, videos).
- Configuration and control of autofunnels (email, Telegram, WhatsApp).
- Conducting email marketing: a series of letters (welcome, warm-up, offers, upsells).
- Segmentation of customers in CRM.
- Performance analysis (openness, CTR, conversions).
Analytics and strategy
- Collection and analysis of social network statistics (reach, ER, CTR, engagement).
- Site analytics: customer journey, behavioral metrics, identification of "bottlenecks".
- Improving the site on the constructor (Horoshop, Shopify).
- Formation and implementation of strategic recommendations: what to strengthen, what to abandon.
Influencer marketing and community
- Search and work with creators / bloggers (barter, CPL, CPA, ambassadors).
- Tracking the effectiveness of collaborations (UTM, promotional codes).
- Creation and development of a brand community (online and offline).
- Working with offline points and events: pop-up pages, showrooms, exhibitions, creating a brand atmosphere.
Communications
- Direct control, adjusting scripts for communication with customers to improve conversion.
- Evoke emotion through content and create a desire to join the brand.
- Maintain the tone of voice of the brand in all channels.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing / SMM from 5 years.
- Understanding the specifics of the fashion sphere and marketing community.
- Proficiency in AI tools: MidJourney, Nano Banana, Kling, ChatGPT, Krea, Canva AI
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Responsibility, systematicity, attention to detail.
- Quick learning of new tools.
