We are opening a Marketer vacancy: your mission is to architect, launch and scale funnels that consistently generate quality leads.

What we expect:
- Proven experience in building a full cycle of funnels from A to Z: from CA research and hypothesis to launch with media buying, analytics, optimization and scaling.
- Understanding logic user, building CJM and adapting the funnel to different traffic sources/platforms (FB, Google, Instagram, etc.).
- Experience of working with international GEOs: UK, Canada, USA, Australia, RU-EU.
- English at B2 level and above - understanding calls, reading analytics.
- Product thinking, analytical, independent, proactive.
- Experience in FinTech/EdTech/real estate will be a significant advantage!
What you will do:
- Building a full cycle of marketing funnels: from CA and CJM research to offers, landings/quizzes/pre-lands, forms and scripts, and optimization of existing funnel.
- Analytics and tracking: conversion analysis, hypothesis generation, A/B tests, rapid implementation of changes.
- Competitor and market research; adaptation of funnels for different traffic sources (FB, Google, In-app) and GEO.
- Analysis of CRM data and listening to call center calls with the aim of improving marketing funnels.
- Team coordination: design, content, technical specialists (in-house/outsourced); production of TK, quality control and timings.
- Documentation in ClickUp / Notion, reporting and analytics.
