You are the ideal candidate if:
You have experience in creating a marketing/digital strategy for the B2B market.
Able to work with basic digital tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, PPC, SEO, ASO, CPA networks, SMM, with real results.
Are you familiar with technical settings, the ability to conduct analysis and audits.
You have experience with analytics and reporting systems such as Google Analytics (including Google Analytics 4), Google Campaign Manager, Google Looker Studio, Firebase, AppsFlyer.
You know the basics of strategic marketing.
Ready to find, learn, test and apply new tools in marketing.
You have experience in promoting mobile applications.
Have experience with European markets.
Know how to manage a marketing/promo budget.
li>Your English language level: Upper Intermediate.
Would be a plus
Experience in a Digital/media agency.
Experience in lead aggregation with various tools.
Working with CRM systems
Understanding CX and UX
Main tasks:
Definition of the target audience: development of portraits of target companies and positions, as well as behavioral strategies on the Internet.
Development of content strategy: creation of content strategy based on insights from the target audience. Active participation in development of marketing strategy (70-80% in digital) and further implementation for Daleth group and application (IT product) SmartWay.
Selecting appropriate social networks, email marketing tools, Google tools for effective promotion.
Rating resources: determining the necessary positions and the level of employment for the implementation of strategies.
Participation in setting KPI's relevant to business goals.
Planning and launch of media campaigns: creation of media plans with key indicators and forecasts, launch of campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, PRS, ASO, CPA networks, SMM).
Analytics: creating dashboards to analyze results across all channels, using Excel for reporting.
Budget management: calculation and forecasting of the marketing budget (promo and content).
Active cooperation with various departments: sales, SmartWay application developers..
App Promotion: Identify tools to build product awareness and promote your app for downloads.
Evaluation and improvement of the site, verification and improvement of analytics
