Main tasks

• Working with the clinic's CRM system

• Development and launch of loyalty programs for patients

• Analysis of the customer journey and preparation of proposals to increase repeat visits and LTV of patients

• Planning and implementation of digital marketing activities

• Coordinating the work of contractors: SMM, targeted advertising, design, website

• Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and preparing marketing reports

• Working with the clinic website: setting tasks for refinement, monitoring implementation

• Participating in the development of marketing campaigns and special offers for patients

• Searching for new digital tools to attract patients

Our ideal candidate

• Has 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing

• Worked with CRM systems and customer bases

• Understands the principles of online advertising and social media networks

• Has experience working with contractors or a small team

• Able to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels

• Has systems thinking and knows how to organize processes

Would be an advantage:

• experience in the medical business or service industry
