The SmartFarming company is a complex integrator of technologies in crop production, which provides a full range of services in land bank management and agricultural production, invites a digital marketer / content manager to the team who has: Hard skills: higher education (professional education or certification in digital marketing / content management); 2+ years of work experience in the field (experience in the agricultural sector will be an advantage); knowledge of the principles of operation of the main digital tools (PRC, SEO, SMM and others) (will be an advantage); experience in setting up and monitoring the effectiveness of advertising in Google and Facebook (will be an advantage); skills in graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, etc.); experience in maintaining pages in social networks Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. Soft skills: attentiveness and literacy, high level of self-organization; developed analytical and communication skills; creativity, understanding the principles of writing diverse texts and generating attention-grabbing visuals; the ability to work in a team; the desire and ability to learn quickly. The main tasks: filling the company's websites and social networks with quality content, generating and implementing content ideas; searching for and implementing new channels, techniques, methods of promotion and lead generation; development and implementation of content strategies; setting up and launching newsletters (email, Viber/Telegram); preparation of reports and analysis of conducted campaigns.
