I am looking for an energetic, ambitious, creative person for the position of digital marketerin the fieldB2B, which will strengthen the team and help develop in the Ukrainian and foreign markets.

Position goal:

Creation and development of the company's digital marketing to obtain a large number of quality leads.

Your functional responsibilities:

• organization and optimization of marketing campaigns and activities - budgeting, launch, performance analysis, reporting;
• formation of a content plan and strategy for the development of the company's promotion;
• set up and optimize advertising campaigns on digital platforms;< /li>
• search for new sources for attracting leads;
• create and monitor the quality of the company's site/sites, Email - activity;
• analyze the effectiveness of advertising channels, search for new ones, optimization existing ones;
• regular analysis of the market, competitors and CA, submission of reports on work results;
• follow and respond to trends in social media. networks;
• independent creation of uncomplicated creatives (the first time);
• setting of tasks, creation of TK for specialized specialists and monitoring of their implementation;
• creation of UTP, analytics data and target indicators of KPI, ROI, CTR, etc.;
• participation in strategic planning;
• organization and control of professional events/conferences.
• IN THE NEAREST PERSPECTIVE — CREATION OF MARKETING DEPARTMENT FROM "0". CAREER PROGRESS TO MARKETING DIRECTOR (CMO).

Our expectations:

• Experience in the field of digital marketing in the B2B segment
• Must have experience with Google Analytics, WordPress (preferably with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop);
• Understanding algorithms and principles of search networks, social networks, targeted and contextual advertising and other types of traffic attraction channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Possession of marketing tools, SMM, brand/performance components, knowledge of marketing research methods, market analysis, proproduct development and demand formation;
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, functions);
• Experience with texts (independent writing);
• Ability to work at an intense pace;
• Focus on the result;
• VERY IMPORTANT: CREATIVITY AND MODERN APPROACH TO SOLVING PROBLEMS.
