We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, creative and productive person for the position < b style="font-weight: 700">digital-marketerthat will help us shorten the distance between us and our customers through effective advertising campaigns.
Basic task:
- Market, competitor and target audience analysis
- Target audience analysis: Determining the needs, preferences and behavioral characteristics of customers.
- Market and competitor research: Studying the strategies and activities of competitors to determine the strengths and weaknesses of one's own company, and also to develop competitive advantages Analysis of market trends, identification of opportunities for growth.
2. Developing and implementing a strategy to achieve business goals using digital channels

- Mobile app stores(AppStore & GooglePlay): Optimizing the company's mobile app pages to increase visibility and downloads, monitoring reviews and ratings , implementation of updates.
- Company website: updating and maintaining the relevance of the site, SEO optimization, blogging.
- Internet advertising( b>Google Ads, Meta Ads): Performance analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Direct marketing: email mailings, push notifications in the application, mailings in messengers.

4. Coordination of internal stakeholders and contractors for project implementation
- Internal stakeholders (SMM, IT, Help Desk): Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of actions and achievement of marketing goals.
- External contractors (agencies, designers, etc.): Coordination of work with contractors to complete projects on time and according to company standards.
5. Finding and implementing new approaches to promoting the company's brand in digital channels.
6. Cost tracking and budget optimization for digital activities.
Requirements:
- work experience in a similar position from 2 years ( preferably in the field of passenger transport or tourism);
- high level of knowledge in the field of SEO, UX/UI, management of social networks and online advertising, knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) and ASA (Apple Search Ads)< /li>
- skills with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- experience with content creation and editing tools (in particular, Canva, Figma)
- excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with data excellent communication and organizational skills fluency in the Ukrainian language and a high level of English (not lower than B2) creativity and critical thinking thinking
