— Work experience of 3 years or more (in the position of digital marketer/digital marketing team lead/head of digital marketing).
—Skills for working with landing pages and landing pages.
- Deep understanding and experience with such promotion channels as Meta ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, Linkedin ads, SMM, SEO, Email marketing, chatbots.
- Deep understanding of web development processes and UX / UI design.
— Ability to develop TOR, briefs, landing page prototypes, email templates.
- B2C/B2B funnel development skills and CJM customer journey.
—Skills in A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and target audience segmentation.
- Competitors analysis skills from the point of view of digital & performance marketing.
— Outsourced contractor management skills.
— Ability to generate reports according to the main metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROMI, etc.
—Proficiency in analytics programs.
— High level of self-organization, time management, proactivity, analytical skills.

— Creation and implementation of the company's digital & performance strategy.
—Implementation and configuration of end-to-end analytics.
- Working with promotion channels.
—Conducting competitor analysis (digital & performance marketing).
- Work with all sources of performance marketing.
—Improve site performance and conversions.
— Work with outsourced contractors.
- Work on the site.
- Developing a strategy to scale traffic, leads and sales.
—Communication and cooperation with the marketing department and other departments of the company.
