What soft and hard skills will you need: Experience working as a marketer for at least 1 year; Attention to detail and responsibility; Deep understanding of reporting and analysis tools, ability to consolidate data from various sources; Ability to work under multi-tasking and deadlines; You are a team player, positive, creative, goal-oriented, able to listen and adapt quickly, focused on RESULTS! What tasks will be in front of you: Lead generation and search for new customer attraction channels and scaling of existing ones and tracking their effectiveness (Google, Facebook Ads, and others); Analysis of advertising creatives (sales/CR/leads); Formation of new hypotheses and growth points; Work with the site and analysis of its conversion (A/B testing); Design marketing funnels in terms of products that will introduce potential customers to product features, convey the value and importance of our services; Analytics of business indicators; Analysis of competitors; Interaction with other departments of the company to ensure the unity of the marketing strategy and sales; Team management (target specialists, PPC specialist).
