We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to effectively manage the marketing department in the Ukrainian educational project TURBO ZNO. Requirements: Management experience in digital marketing from 2 years; Experience in partner marketing; Experience in working with targeted advertising: technical setup, launch and administration of advertising cabinets, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns, development of traffic strategy, understanding in creating offers, designs to improve CTR; Practical experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for brand development; Having a general vision of the global market and a deep understanding of the peculiarities of the local market, analytical thinking; Ability to structure and solve complex tasks; Responsibilities: 1. Formation of digital strategy. Use of various channels of engagement, their control, optimization and work with budgets; 2. Monitoring and analysis of trends in digital marketing, as well as constant development and application of innovative strategies and tools to increase the effectiveness of marketing activities; 3. Channel management: SEO, PPC (Google Ads: context, Google shopping, Google display, YouTube video ads,), Retention, SMM (Facebook, TikTok), APP promotion, Google My Business; 4. Search and analysis of potential partner brands that may have a common interest in cooperation with TURBO ZNO, conducting co-promo activities, events, etc.; 5. Development and presentation of proposals, concepts, visions to management and partners. Conducting negotiations, discussing terms of cooperation and concluding agreements with partners; 6. Analysis of the results of cooperation — evaluation of the effectiveness of partner programs, identification of problems and making recommendations for the future; Preparation and submission of reports at the request of the management. 7. Participation in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the content of the plan based on the planned strategy, to interact with other units. 8. Formation and control of the main functions of the website; 9. Monitoring the work of a PR specialist and working on brand distribution.
