Now we are growing rapidly, so we are looking for a strong and energetic marketer in the team, capable of taking the company to a new level😎 What exactly will you need to do: Development and implementation of a marketing strategy Control of the work of contractors (SMM, CPC, SEO, programmers, copywriters...) according to the marketing strategy and production tasks; Testing of new hypotheses, customer acquisition channels, new products and markets; Analysis of results and indicators of advertising campaigns, reporting; Analysis and improvement of indicators of interaction with customers: upsell/cross-sell, customer outflow, increase in LTV; You will like working with us: Job remote, it is not necessary to live in Ukraine Schedule: 5-day work week (floating weekends), from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Salary is negotiable; on average, calculate from UAH 22,000; Rate + bonuses for the result. But gray niches will be an advantage You have the skills to work with different advertising platforms and different methods of lead generation (It is not necessary to be able to set up advertising; A level of understanding of principles and data analysis is sufficient) You know how to create funnels and marketing connections that give leads You understand analytical systems, reporting, you know how to test new hypotheses.Ready to propose and implement fresh ideas, you want to develop yourself and develop the project.
