Digital marketer in ADER HABER

Due to active scaling and ambitious development plans, we are opening a vacancy for a marketer to strengthen the marketing department. We are looking for a systematic, proactive professional with legal or professional services experience who can think strategically and effectively implement marketing initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or SMM (professional / legal services experience would be an advantage).

- Experience with CRM systems and setting up automated communications.

- Ability to systematize processes, think strategically and work with KPIs.

- Understanding of brand marketing and digital communications in B2B.

- Experience in organizing client or partner events is a plus.

- Excellent written Ukrainian and good English.

- Creativity, structure and love for order in data and content.


Main duties
 
1. Digital and social networks
- Implementation of the company's digital strategy and creation of content plans.

- Site and social network maintenance (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads).

- Content preparation (texts, visuals, videos) in accordance with the company's tone of voice.

- Coverage of events and public activities of the company's experts.

- Analytics of the effectiveness of digital channels and continuous improvement content.
 
2. Email marketing and CRM
 
- Development and launch of personalized email newsletters.

- Automation of communications in CRM, creation of trigger scenarios.

- Segmentation of the customer base and maintenance of data relevance.

- Analysis of key indicators (open rate, CTR) and work on improving results.

3. Brand marketing and corporate materials

- Support of a consistent stylistic and visual image of the brand.

- Creation of corporate materials (presentations, brand carriers, videos).

- Coordination with contractors (design, production, printing).

- Organization of client gifts and personalized greetings.

4. Events and PR

- Marketing support for events and conferences, participation in specialized events.

- Coordination of speeches by company experts and PR support after events.

- Prepare reports based on the results of events and propose improvements to the formats of subsequent events.

- Publications and content support for activities in the media and social networks.
