Digital marketer in Webpromo

The 220volt online store team is looking for a marketer with expertise in e-commerce.

What you will do:

• Manage contractors and in-house team for website development, advertising and SEO promotion, content creation and placement;
• Supervise video and text creation content, control of its promotion;
• Improving the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
• Management of the improvement of the functionality of the online store, determining the priority of the implementation of digital functions, setting up technical specifications and their verification;
• Managing the process of experiments with the help of CRO testing;
• Reporting on the main indicators of website transactions, such as AOV, CVR and RPV, as well as on secondary indicators that determine these indicators.

Our expectations:

• Experience in e-commerce from 2 years. 
• Successful experience in managing e-commerce projects;
• Knowledge of the specifics and business processes of online sales (promotion methods, trends, development tools, channels);
• Understanding of retail e-commerce, including functions, functionalities and best practices;
• Ability to work with Analytics, knowledge of SEO, understanding of work principles and experience in managing google ads / meta channels ads;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data for decision-making and continuous testing and optimization;
