Our clients:beauty salons, SPA centers, medical centers (cosmetologists, dermatovenerologists), schools/training centers (where cosmetologists are trained), private cosmetologists.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a specialist who will strengthen our marketing team and be responsible for digital within the company. This is not only about developing a promotion strategy and delegating tasks, but also about direct active participation in the implementation of the strategy. Both independent and teamwork are important.

• Experience of 1 year in digital marketing and successfully implemented cases in the B2B segment, in the UK market
• Ability to analyze the market, competitors, select effective promotion tools taking into account the specifics of the business/product and a specific region (country)
• Skills for planning marketing activities and work with the budget. Ability to work in Meta and Google Ads advertising and business offices, including setting up and launching advertising campaignscompany.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate KPIs, the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, look for growth points.
• Skills for working with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio
• Knowledge of SEO (at least at the basic level)
• Experience with woo-commerce
• English at the Intermediate level and above
• Proactivity, constant self-development, follow the trends of digital marketing, e-commerce

Experience in the field of cosmetology / beauty industry will be a plus; with e-commerce projects, the presence of successfully implemented cases in digital marketing in the markets of Europe and the USA, successful cases in the B2B segment.

Key tasks:

• Development and implementation of a brand promotion strategy through digital channels in the markets of Great Britain and Europe (Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, etc.).
• Market analysis and competitors
• Set KPIs and tasks for the implementation of the promotion strategy, work on their implementation + form TOR for contractors and colleagues
• Manage all digital marketing channels
• Analyze marketing indicators and channel effectiveness
• Implement creative ideas to increase brand awareness and increase sales in target markets.
