Digital marketer in KA Group

What responsibilities will you have in the project:

• Development of marketing strategies for business events, definition of goals, audience; competitive environment and selection of optimal promotion channels;

• analysis of the effectiveness of advertising channels, placements , projects, events; 

• creation and adjustment of advertising campaigns in various online channels;

• carrying out work on creating content and creatives for online channels and media;

• analysis of trends in Internet marketing, competitive analysis and development of new strategies for maintaining the company's competitiveness;

• formation and application of approaches to increase the effectiveness of campaigns, optimization to achieve the maximum result;

• campaign budget management, cost coordination and preparation of reports on project implementation at each stage.

What we expect from you:

• Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;

• ability to work with a large amount of information, numbers, analyze metrics and make informed decisions based on them;

• working knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) and email platforms -marketing (Selzy, Mailchimp, SendPulse), experience with user lifecycle and audience segmentation;

• mastery of digital marketing tools and metrics: CPA, CPL, CPC, RevShare, ROMI, LTV, etc.;

• practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SimilarWeb, Hootsuite, Adheart, etc.;  

• knowledge of advertising management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads );

• ability to work with visual and content tools of generative AI;

• ability to configure targeting, track and stop fraud;

• preparation of reports at each stage of project preparation and promotion.

What our marketing manager will get:

• Work schedule Mon.-Fri. from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (part-time format).

• High salary level: 30,000 UAH. (for a trial period) + % of the result
