It will be necessary to run 2 brands and 3 online stores for them.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2 years of experience in Internet marketing/advertising;
• practical results, examples of your work;
• experience working with Facebook Ads, email, push, viber mailings;
• experience in creating and optimizing Facebook/Instagram campaigns, knowledge of their settings;
• good knowledge Google Analytics, AdWords, metrics, remarketing platforms, teaser networks, various site admin platforms;
• creativity, ability to generate "working" ideas.

Would be an advantage:

• experience in the field of beauty;
• passing profile trainings/seminars;
• knowledge of graphic editors and experience in creating TK and layouts (banner, flyer, etc.) .

Area of ​​responsibility:

• Analysis and improvement of UX/UI (constant analysis of user experience (UX) and interfaces (UI) on the site, collection and interpretation of data on user behavior, identification of problem areas. Formation of proposals for improving design and functionality to increase conversion and user satisfaction);
• Development and implementation of digital marketing strategy (planning and management of marketing campaigns);
• Management and optimization of traffic attraction channels (personally or with the help of contractors) - work with SEO, contextual advertising, optimization of advertising campaigns in social networks;
• Work with analytics (evaluation of campaign effectiveness, analysis of conversions, behavioral factors and ROI);
• Email marketing (email strategy development. Subscriber base segmentation, creation of automated scenarios);
• Working with affiliate programs and lead generation (development and management of affiliate programs. Optimization of lead generation through various channels);
• A/B testing (conducting tests to improve the effectiveness of advertising materials, traffic channels, landing pages and site elements);
• Competitive analysis (studying competitive strategies and the market. Finding new opportunities for growth and development);
• Working with CRM systems (customer base management and data analysis to personalize marketing campaigns).
