L'Oréal International Distribution (LID) is one of the divisions focused on developing brands in different channels and countries through the creation of relationships with retailers, distributors and/or e-commerce. Our brands are distributed in different retail channels, such as department stores and perfumeries. We are looking for a Digital Manager, to develop and manage the digital strategy for the brands in the countries, ensuring their alignment with commercial and brand objectives. .A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...Ensure effective execution of brands in the e-commerce channel, optimizing the presence and visibility of products to boost sales and customer experience.Create advocacy campaigns for our brands , identifying and collaborating with suitable influencers and brand ambassadors to promote and endorse our products. Supervise the media, including the creation, development and alignment with strategic guidelines, as well as the implementation of the media strategy in collaboration with agencies, in order to support the ambition of the brand or project.Implement the appropriate KPIs , coordinate appropriate deployment: educate, pilot, measure, share best practices.Who You Are...Experience in the digital environment: +4 years of digital project management, experience with SEO strategies, SEM, Data Analytics, CRM , e-Commerce, media planning. Computer proficiency (MS Office) Proficiency in English (advanced) Passionate about digital tools, eager to influence and interact Strong ambassador of the consumer-centered approach Self-motivated, creative thinker driven by solutions and results.
