ALFA Smart Agro is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of chemical plant protection products that has been successfully operating on the Ukrainian market for over 20 years. We are inviting a digital marketing manager to join our team.

Functional duties:

• Development and implementation of digital marketing strategy
• Competitive analysis
• Adjustment and analysis of advertising campaigns in social networks.
• Management of advertising campaigns in other channels Google ADS, YouTube, SEO (cooperation with agencies or outsourcing)
• Interaction with PR manager, product marketing and web developers.
• Collection and processing data to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, traffic, number of views, hours of page views, conversions, conversions and other indicators of digital marketing.
• Planning and determining budgets for projects in the digital sphere.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of digital marketing at least 3 years (B2B, agencies will be an advantage).
• Expert knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics) and competitors
• Knowledge of the features of various social platforms, the ability to create effective strategies for presence in social networks, conducting advertising campaigns and interacting with the audience, mastering Facebook ADS.
• Understanding the basic principles of SEO, Google ADS and YouTube ads.
