Digital Lead Development Manager in DILA, Medichna laboratoriya

DILA Medical Laboratory invites a Digital Lead to the team.

Main tasks:  

Strategy and development

• Formation and implementation of the digital strategy of the company;
• Analysis of current digital channels, identification of growth points and initiation of new projects;
• Tracking of digital market trends, offering modern tools and promotion formats;
• Quality control of advertising materials, landing pages and content.

Performance and analytics

• Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI): traffic, conversions, CPA, ROI, ROAS, etc.;
• Analysis of campaign results, search for reasons for changes in indicators and preparation of solutions for improvement;
• Planning of digital budgets, performance forecasting and control of their use;
• Preparation of reports and recommendations for management.

Communication and processes

• Identifying business needs in new digital tools and initiating changes;
• Forming and documenting requirements for digital projects (briefs, technical tasks);
• Ensuring effective communication between adjacent departments.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in digital marketing or managing digital projects from 2 years;
• Practical experience in setting up ads in Google Ads Meta Ads;
• Understanding the basics of online marketing: Facebook & Instagram, SEO, E-mail Marketing, SMM;
• Ability to work with GA4, GTM, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Understanding the principles of UX/UI and conversion optimization;
• Analytical thinking, creativity, proactivity and skill organize yourself.
