We are looking for a Digital designer/video maker - someone who has experience working with stories/reels, knows graphic editors and creates visuals that take your breath away.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a SMM designer/video maker who will:

- Create design systems and unique style for our clients;

- Implement video editing for personal brands and businesses;

- Help increase sales through visual content and video editing.

What you need to do:

- Create design systems based on brand archetypes (we will teach and provide structure);

- Prepare storyboards and carousel posts (static and dynamic) based on the provided text;

- Edit videos for personal brands and businesses with elements motion-design;

- Prepare a visual grid for social networks based on the client's design system;

- Work in a team with an SMM strategist;

- Select quality content from streams;

- Adhere to deadlines and agency standards.

What we expect:

- Experience of working with design for social networks from 1 year (experience in an agency will be a plus);

- Confident working skills in Canva, Figma, CapCut (or other video editor);

- Ability to independently find solutions and take responsibility for the result;

- Ability to work in a team and be responsible for the final result;

- Quick learning and adaptation to new tools;

- Ability to find innovative solutions and avoid outdated approaches;

- basic or confident skills in working with AI tools (generation of visuals, videos or design elements, optimization of content creation processes).

Working conditions:

- Fixed and stable pay (depends on qualifications and skills);

- Completely remote work format;

- Schedule: Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., an additional day off once a month in the middle of the week.
