Digital Designer in Ajax Systems

Ajax Systems has full-cycle production: from idea generation and prototyping to mass production and sales worldwide. Each department covers a certain operational need of the business in full. The company's specialists are involved at all stages: from the production line in Ukraine to the logistics center in Poland, from where the products are sent to distributors around the world.

We are looking for a Digital designer who will work with graphic content, presentations and videos, imitate and develop the visual language of Ajax together with the design team, internal Agency teams and the Marketing Department.

Zones Responsibilities:

• Participation in the implementation of ideas (creatives) into static graphics and 2D animation for Web, SMM, Email and other digital media.
• Collection and editing of video footage, including sound selection and adding graphic elements.
• Creation and updating of product and marketing materials: banners, presentations, instructions for use, infographics, icons.
• Following the design principles and standards of working with files and layouts.
• Working and interacting with designers of various areas and other teams of the internal Agency and Marketing Department.

Main requirements:

• Confident use of Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop.
• Creating 2D animations and integration of graphics into video.
• Video editing and working with templates.
• Application of animation principles: timing, easing, composition.
• Understanding and practical use of basic graphic design principles: composition, typography, color, hierarchy.
• Ability to create graphics in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Structural approach to the creation process design and organization of working materials. 
• Independence and responsibility in completing tasks.
• Planning and constructive use of your time.
• Interest in fresh trends in design, innovation and technology.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with color correction.
• Skills in Blender or similar programs.
• Understanding and knowledge of JIRA (or analogues) as a staging tool and cocontrolling tasks.
• Intermediate English level or higher.
