As Digital Content Specialist you will play a key role in designing and delivering digital learning content across various platforms.You are:  Experienced with content creation tools: BOOST, Adobe After Effects, Articulate 360 (storyline & Rise) and others; Aware of basic design principles and graphic design software; Strong analytical and problem-solving expert with the ability to think outside the box; Creative and innovative in designing engaging and effective learning content; Person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Committed to continuous learning and development in terms of latest trends and technologies in content design and creation. Upper-Intermediate English level or higher. With you we will:  Interview requestors, conduct needs analysis and align on vision of expected result; Develop and design e-learning/trainings material/learning path and customized curriculum aligned with brand identity; Execute projects in Agile methodology with high quality and fitting timelines; Foster regular communication and effective collaboration with Corporate stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts withing project duration; Ensure developed learning solution corresponds to expected result; Develop and use business and design insights to optimize content creation process; Explore and implement new tools for creation learnings/learning materials.
