  • Experienced in corporate and investment banking (CIB), digital banking, or insurance, with a strong focus on digital transformation (5+ years)
  • Holding a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledgeable of industry processes, challenges, and emerging trends within your chosen domain
  • Proficient in popular IT systems in the financial services sector, aware of the challenges and opportunities associated with their implementation and utilization
  • Having a proven track record of working on pre-sales engagements, building proposals for digital transformation, creating business cases, and collaborating with financial services clients
  • Skilled in the discovery stages of solution lifecycles, including gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, and facilitating solution design workshops
  • An exceptional problem-solver, analytical and strategic thinker proposing innovative solutions
  • Strong in communication and presentation, effectively conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Establishing and maintaining robust client relationships, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service
  • A holder of advanced certifications or qualifications related tothe financial services industry and digital transformation (would be a plus)
