The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 7.8 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 health care institutions and more than 37,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

What is important for us :

• Experience in Web analytics from 2 years
• Knowledge of analytical tools: Google Cloud (BigQuery & Administration), GA4 & Firebase, GTM, Mobile attribution systems (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc), Power BI, Meta Events manager, Google Docs/Spreadsheets, SQL
• Technical curiosity < /li>

What will need to be done :

• Audit the current state of Web and App analytics, data collection, completeness and reliability.
• Integration of analytical tools based on audit results (Independently and through the Dev team)
• Work with events on the website via GTM
• Building reports to analyze marketing effectiveness (Digital campaigns , push, sms, etc.)
• Building reports for analyzing funnels and user behavior
• Audience research and hypothesis building, A/B/N test design
• Analytical support of marketing experiments
• Control of the correctness of analytics systems
• Automation of processes

Additional skills : < /p>

• Understanding of digital marketing
• Understanding of the SaaS business model
• High communication skills
