𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗦𝗜 is a medical information system that is currently one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 7.8 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 healthcare institutions and more than 37,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

What is important to us:

• Experience in Web analytics from 2 years
• Knowledge of analytical tools: Google Cloud (BigQuery & Administration), GA4 & Firebase, GTM, Mobile attribution systems (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc), Power BI, Meta Events manager, Google Docs/Spreadsheets, SQL
• Technical curiosity

What will need to be done:

• Audit of the current state of Web and App analytics, data collection, their completeness and reliability.
• Integration of analytical tools based on audit results (Independently and through the Dev team)
• Working with events on the site via GTM
• Building reports to analyze marketing effectiveness (Digital campaigns, push, SMS, etc.)
• Building reports to analyze funnels and user behavior
• Research audience and building hypotheses, design of A/B/N tests
• Analytical support of marketing experiments
• Control of correctness of analytics systems
• Automation of processes
