Now we are looking for a creative digital advertising specialist who will be able to combine creativity, technical literacy and analytical thinking to create content that works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad content development - videos, images for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
• Setting up and running ads through Google Ads (YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Instagram, Facebook).
• Targeting and analytics — selection of audiences, keywords, interests and topics related to technologies, engineering, BpLA, defense developments.
• Analysis of campaign effectiveness — tracking indicators, optimization of results.
• Management of the company's social networks: publications, description, hashtags, communication with the audience.
• Preparation of reports and recommendations for further advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms.
• Content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve).
• Understanding of basic principles targeting and analytics.
• Creativity + systematicity + attention to details.
• High level of command of the Ukrainian language (ability to create quality text content).
