Digital administrator / Content manager of the site and marketplaces in exklusi.com

Company: Ikonna Lavka and Exklusi (E-commerce, exclusive goods, religious paraphernalia)

We are looking for a system specialist with technical expertise who is able to ensure smooth operation of all online channels and generate quality video content for promotion.

Key Responsibilities (Hybrid Role):I. Integration and Administration of Systems

• 1C and E-commerce: Ensuring uninterrupted two-way synchronization between 1C (balances, prices) and the site/marketplaces (Prom, Rozetka, Epicenter). Participation in finalizing exchanges.
• CRM-system: CRM administration (salesdrive).
• Technical support: Prompt elimination of technical errors and failures in integration chains.
• Administration of 2 sites onOpenCart.

II. Content and Catalog Management (KEY)

• Creation of Cards: Full creation and design of product cards on the site and all marketplaces (photo, description, characteristics, SEO optimization).
• Catalog Synchronization: Ensuring perfect synchronization of all data (prices, availability, descriptions) between the site, 1C and marketplaces.
• Content Promotion: Organization, filming and editing of video reviews for Meta (Reels/Stories), TikTok and YouTube.
• Configuration and administration of autoposting.

Basic Requirements (Hard Skills):

1. Experience work with 1C (required): Deep understanding of accounting and experience setting up exchanges/integrations.
2. Programming skills (preferred): Knowledge of working with API for setting up integration solutions.
3. Experience with PIM systems (directory management) and CRM.
4. Ability to work with graphic and video editors (filming, editing).
5. High attention to detail when creating and synchronizing the catalog.
