DevOps Technical Interviewer (Azure) in TurnKey Labs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Interviewers to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating candidates for different positions within our organization. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying top talent and ensuring that our candidates possess the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

As a Technical Interviewer, you’ll be:

• Implement and maintain a process of interviewing engineers
• Conduct a few interviews per week
• Send feedback after each interview
• Collaborate with a recruitment team on the hiring needs

About you:

• Profound experience as a Technical Interviewer (DevOps, Python, JS, Java, C#, Node, React Native, iOS, Android, etc)
• Current or past experience interviewing engineers
• Ability to understand job requirements and assess candidates for the required skill set
• Ability to conduct video interviews and provide detailed feedback on the candidate
• Advanced English
• Good written and verbal communication skills
