We are looking for a DevOps team leader with the following technical skills and team leadership and management skills: Basic technical requirements Deep knowledge of Linux; Experience with automation through Bash; Work expertise with automation and configuration management tools (especially Ansible); Confident Jenkins/GitlabCI; KVM (Proxmox)/LXC virtualization experience. Additional technical skills Understanding of ZFS, MySQL, Nginx, Check_mk (Nagios), Docker, Postfix, OpenLDAP, AWS. Responsibilities of the team leader of the DevOps team Monitoring of infrastructure performance (servers, services); Identifying and solving problems; Working with internal appeals through Jira; Control of the entire software park, updates and modernization; Conducting the next remote shift for quick response to possible failure cases. Managerial and managerial responsibilities Coordination and management of the DevOps team; Planning and organization of the team's work; Participation in the design and drafting of TOR with potential customers, project planning; Mentoring and support for the development of team members; Cooperation with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and services.
