DevOps Team Lead in Os.eco

We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead with the following technical skills and leadership abilities:

Core Technical Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Linux
• Experience in automation using Bash
• Expertise in working with automation and configuration management tools (especially Ansible)
• Proficient with Jenkins/GitLabCI
• Experience in KVM (Proxmox)/LXC virtualization

Additional Technical Skills:

• Understanding of ZFS, MySQL, Nginx, Check_mk (Nagios), Docker, Postfix, OpenLDAP, AWS

DevOps Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Monitoring infrastructure performance (servers, services)
• Identifying and resolving issues
• Handling internal requests through Jira
• Overseeing software updates and modernization
• Performing on-call duties for rapid response to potential failures

Leadership and Management Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing the DevOps team
• Planning and organizing team tasks
• Participating in designing and drafting technical specifications with potential clients, and project planning
• Mentoring and supporting the development of team members
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of infrastructure and services
