Requirements 4+years ofrelevant experience; AWS Cloud (EKS, ECR, EC2, IAM, RDS, EBS, EFS, VPC, S3); oVirt orKVMexperience; Kubernetes(EKS), HELMChart; IaC (based onTerraform, git), GitOps; Proven experience with maintaining and updating anon-premise environment, aswell asdeploying toit; Monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Tempo, Loki); Programming skills: Bash orPython; Linux (CentOS 8.x-9.x, Debian11+) installation, configuration and administration; Knowledge ofMQ systems(NATS/Kafka); Working with Nginx web-servers; English: intermediate orabove. Will beplus Experience with Golang; Networks operations; Skills tobuild and maintainHA systems; Knowledge ofArgoCD. Soft Skills Result-oriented person; Desire totake responsibility and bealeader; Team player; Responsibilities Management and responsibility oftechnical and architectural solutions developed inthe team during the implementation ofprojects, their approval together with the CTOs and the Architect; Organization and conducting necessary technical sessions and brainstorming toclarify, discuss and find solutions tothe tasks being performed; Team members help infinding and implementing solutions for tasks performed, mentoring and coaching them; People management holding 1:1 meetings with team members, performance reviews, critical and supportive conversations, providing feedback onwork tothe team members. This involvesPM andHR representatives participation aswell asthe appropriate instruments and tools usage; Participation intechnical interviews and selection ofcandidates for the team; Planning and preparation necessary resources for the development ofthe team inadvance, together with the PM; Participation ingrooming, planning and prioritization ofprojects and tasks together with thePM and the team members; Being abridge between the team and other departments and business (BAs, PM(s), Product Managers/Owners) from atechnical point ofview torepresent the team inanexternal environment for itand represent business interests for the team; Reporting onthe progress, status and results ofprojects and teams together with the PM; Collaboration and cooperation with CTOs, Architecture and other Leads for technical instruments, processes and flows improvement and optimization.
