AsaManager inthe Platform Engineering Department, you will lead ateam ofDevOps experts dedicated todesigning, implementing, and maintaining our Platform Infrastructure (Kubernetes, Observability, Continuous Delivery) which powers hundreds ofmicroservices developed byover athousand engineers. WHAT YOU’LLDO ASADEVOPS MANAGER Lead ahigh-performing DevOps team, providing mentorship and fostering acollaborative and innovative work environment. Participate inand lead project planning and sprint planning activities, ensuring effective prioritization and resource utilization. Improve scalability and maintain the high availability ofour platform infrastructure, deployed across more than adozen production environments using ahybrid cloud approach, including GCP, AWS, and on-premises data centers. Enrich our Kubernetes-centered platform infrastructure with new technologies. Collaborate with engineering teams toidentify and address areas ofimprovement inour development and deployment processes, utilizing GitOps, infrastructure ascode, and CI/CDprocesses. Actively promote and spread the DevOps culture throughout the company. WHAT YOU’LLBRING Prior leadership experience inany ofthe following roles: Team Lead, Tech Lead, orArchitect. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CDplatforms. Proficiency inone ormore scripting languages. Understanding ofobservability tools such asPrometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana, DataDog, InfluxDB, orsimilar. Experience with being on-call, resolving complex incidents, and employing strategies toprevent their recurrence. Proficiency inone ormore ofthe following technologies would beaplus: GitOps (specifically Flux), Infrastructure asCode (Terraform, Ansible), Service discovery (Consul), Load balancing (Kong, Nginx), Streaming/messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and/or Secret management systems (HashiCorp Vault, Sealed Secrets, AWS/Google Secret Manager). Software development experience isaplus. Fluency inEnglish.
