DevOps Manager in iTalent PLUS

Our client is seeking a DevOps Manager to oversee critical operations ensuring seamless functionality of products within the online gaming industry. The role involves implementing efficient CI/CD pipelines, managing scalable infrastructure, monitoring system reliability and security, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable code deployments. Design and manage scalable infrastructure utilizing cloud services effectively. Implement comprehensive monitoring solutions for real-time tracking of system performance and security threats. Enforce strict security protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Foster collaboration between teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging technologies to optimize operations and improve service quality. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup procedures. Analyze and optimize system performance to enhance user experience. Select and manage tools and services from external vendors. Lead and mentor the DevOps team, facilitating professional development. Experience Required: 5+ years of production experience in iGaming, Gambling, or Crypto industries. Excellent level of written and spoken Russian & English languages Skillset: Proficiency in technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Gitlab, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana, Go, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and Blockchain. Strong soft skills including strategic thinking, problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, effective communication, and relationship-building.
