What you will doProvide strategic leadership in the design and implementation of DevOps processes and practicesCollaborate with executive leadership to align DevOps initiatives with overall business objectivesDevelop and communicate a clear vision for the DevOps team and its contributions to the organizationLead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementSet performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and support professional developmentDesign and implement robust, scalable, and secure DevOps solutions that meet current and future organizational needsOversee the integration of automation tools and technologies to streamline development and deployment processesImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable delivery of software Ensure the automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to minimize manual interventionOptimize cloud and on-premises infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-effectivenessImplement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to enable consistent and repeatable infrastructure deploymentsEstablish and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructureDevelop incident response plans and lead the response to critical incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on usersYour profileBachelor's or an advanced degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldProven experience (5 years) in a DevOps leadership role with a track record of successful implementation of DevOps practicesAgile/Scrum mindset Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Strong background in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Shell, Ansible)In-depth knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) and configuration management toolsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
