DevOps Engineer (Fintech) in EvoPlay

The project is a billing platform for making electronic payments using various methods with high throughput. We face the challenges of high service availability and payment processing security. Our platform is PCI DSS certified and developed using modern technologies. Technology stack: AWS, GCP, Kubernetes ( gke, eks), GitlabCI, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Victoriametrics, Alertmanager, Terraform, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL

Skills required:
• Practical experience in working with clouds (GCP, AWS).
• Experience in building a cloud architecture.
• Experience in implementing CI/CD.
• Practical experience in working with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
• Experience in building IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Ability to read/write scripts for task automation (Bash/Python).
• Experience in deploying applications in Kubernetes, building fault-tolerant clusters.
• Understanding general principles of information security and strategies for protection against DDoS attacks.
• General understanding of network services and protocols: OSI Model, DNS, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, etc.
• Practical experience with Linux (Debian in priority).

Will be a plus:
• Understanding Cloud Design Patterns Experience in building Cross-Cloud architectures and developing Multi-Cloud strategies.
• Security certification experience (PCIDSS or others).

Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain infrastructure high load and high availability
• Work directly with the engineering team to test and monitor system integrity
• Actively participate in the architecture and automation of development processes
• Infrastructure improvements
• Participate in the walkthrough PCI DSS audit.
