DevOps Engineer in Trueplay

Trueplay is a Loyalty Booster Suite that enables iGaming brands to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. It features three programs that ensure player interactions with gambling platforms are exciting right from the start.

We offer solutions on three epic levels:

• Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.
• Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.

• Brand equity — the tokenization of loyalty points helps transform users’ affinity for a brand into a personal interest in its financial success. In Trueplay’s take on Web3 loyalty, players feel like casino stakeholders.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is skilled in managing infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring the smooth operation of our development and production environments.

It is important for us that you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Extensive hands-on experience with various AWS (S3, EC2, CloudFront, RDS, ECR, Global Accelerator, Certificate Manager, MSK, Systems Manager, EKS, VPC, ElastiCache, CloudWatch, KMS, SNS, AWS Chatbot, Amazon EventBridge, DynamoDB, CloudTrail, IAM, Redshift, DMS, Lambda), Docker, and Kubernetes
• Expertise in implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, including automated testing frameworks and comprehensive documentation
• Thorough knowledge and practical experience with tools and technologies for automated software delivery, such as CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and configuration management
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including monitoring, logging, advanced security practices, and incident response procedures

• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless software delivery and operational excellence

   

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and managing systemconfiguration, CI/CD, and automation tools like Terraform
• Managing Docker and Kubernetes containers
• Setting up and managing cloud providers (AWS), integrating cloud services
• Setting up monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), analyzing metrics
• Developing and testing recovery plans, managing backups
• Setting up security tools (Firewall, VPN), ensuring data security
• Collaborating with developers and QA, supporting development and deployment processes
• Maintaining infrastructure documentation and participating in relevant meetings
• Researching, evaluating, and implementing modern tools to improve infrastructure
• Setting up new servers
• Participating in forming business project requirements from the infrastructure side
• Participating in architecture development according to best practices
• Participating in the development of the AWS cloud infrastructure strategy
• Coordinating the implementation of the developed architecture
• Ensuring deployed solutions in projects comply with the approved architecture
• Implementing information security requirements

• Optimizing system configuration and resource usage for cost-effectiveness and performance
