DevOps Engineer in QAtronic

Job Description
• Experience as DevOps Engineer in creating CI/CD pipelines for various technologies including Java, .Net
• Exceptional scripting experience in Groovy, Python, Java, Bash, JavaScript, Maven, Ant.
• Exceptional working knowledge in windows platform as well as Unix\Linux environment.
• Very good understanding of Kubernetes, Dockers to setup a new enterprise environment with CD\CI pipeline.
• Excellent understanding of tools like Jenkins, Jira, bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence, Artifactory, Nexus.
• Code management best practices such as branching, merging, and integration strategies.
• Hands on experience of AWS, Azure, understanding of Security architecture for cloud computing.
• Experience in using at least one of the configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet or Ansible
• Experience in using Terraform or Cloud formation.
• Good understanding of database including relational database and querying using joins.

Responsibilities
• Improve and or remediate existing CD\CI processes.
• Migrate enterprise workloads to AWS using industry standard as well as proprietary methodologies.
• Automate cloud deployments, as well as build CI/CD pipeline to support cloud-based workloads.
• Provide experienced knowledge and/or develop competency in cloud computing CD\CI.
• Stay on top of the latest trends and develop expertise in emerging cloud technologies.
• A good team player while also taking individual responsibilities.
• Continuous process improvements.

Requirements/Qualifications
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 10 Years of experience in Software Development and DevOps
• 7+ years of professional DevOps software development experience and SDLC experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Certifications in AWS Cloud, CKAD, CKA is required.
