Czech-Ukrainian company Intechsoft is looking for a Workplace End User Device Migration Specialist to join our team.

Our client is one of the leaders of the Ukrainian brewing market and a joint venture of the world’s largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Endpoint Management Systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing security policies.
• Familiarity with data migration tools such as USMT.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and solve complex problems.
• English — Intermediate level or higher.

Additional Skills:

• Certifications in Endpoint Management and Information Security are a plus.
• Experience in international companies and project management is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Create Endpoint Management Portal:

• Develop and configure a portal for managing end-user devices.
• Ensure a user-friendly interface for administrators and end users.

2. Deploy Security Policies:

• Design and implement corporate security policies across all end-user devices.
• Monitor compliance with established policies and update them regularly according to new threats and standards.

3. Deploy Security Applications:

• Install and configure antivirus software, firewalls, and other security tools.
• Ensure regular updates and monitor the security status of installed applications.

4. Create UA Specific Deployments:

• Configure language packs, desktop wallpapers, and other elements specific to user assignments (User Assignment, UA).
• Develop and implement personalized policies and settings.

5. Create UA App Packages:

• Prepare and deploy applications necessary for specific users or user groups.
• Ensure proper functioning and compatibility of applications with existing systems and devices.

6. Utilize USMT (User State Migration Tool):

• Conduct data and settings migration during device changes or upgrades.
• Ensure data integrity and minimize disruptions for users during the migration process.
