Tietoevry is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team for a telecommunications project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, Linux, and CI/CD processes. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment with flexible working hours and a focus on continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless service implementation and operations across all delivery locations.
• Provide daily service support during local business hours.
• Resolve incidents and work orders efficiently.

Technologies:

• Networking, Linux, Bash/Python, CI/CD, Databases, User support, Monitoring tools, Jenkins.

Requirements:

• Excellent English skills and familiarity with an agile environment.
• In-depth technical knowledge of service structure and workflow.
• Proficiency in software platforms, programming, and scripting languages used by the service.
• Comprehensive understanding of service environment design and operations.
• Professional certification or equivalent knowledge of specific server software and operating systems.
• Experience with service desk tools.
• Knowledge of automation used in the service.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
