The Business Insights Technologies (BITe) product groups Professional Services that create AI powered solutions and ecosystems built, enhanced and maintaned to solve specific business challenges supporting market relevant decision making.

MUST HAVE:

• AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD

Requirement:

• Maintain the on premise Neptune instance that is running on Kubernetes Rancher (Elastic search, Database is on the on-prem instance) using Gitalb CI/CD
• Maintain the cloud Neptune instance on the AWS using Gitlab, Terraform, ArgoCD
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues on the platform side. Solving issues in cooperation with solution owners/vendors (for example with Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google) support team).
• Maintenance and scheduling maintenance activities with proper communication to the end users
• Designing and implementing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines - Infrastructure Automation - Configuration Management, Infrastructure as Code (IAC) (Terraform)
• Monitoring, logging and alerting tools - Container Concepts (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift optional)
• Cloud infrastructure (e.g. Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google), Azure, GCP) - Git and Source Control - Cloud-native infrastructure and concepts (e.g. Kubernetes EKS/AKS, Helm) - API Gateways (e.g. MuleSoft, Gravitee IO)
• Understanding of DevOps concept and Agile practices
• Good communication skills
• Continually look for opportunities to develop solutions through automation
• Experience in working with software development teams on a daily basis
• Ability to coordinate work and experience in direct collaboration with the customer (development lead role)
• Independence in the analysis of the requirements and designing solutions in line with the requirements
• Ability to lead the team (plan and organize work)
• Preparing high quality documentation & presentations for our partners
