DevOps engineer in abank

JSC "A-Bank" is looking for a DevOps engineer for its partner company "A-IT".

Requirements:

Linux/Unix:

• Confident knowledge of the command line (Bash/Shell);
• Understanding the basic principles of the Linux OS, file system, network settings, package installation;
• Experience in writing simple scripts to automate tasks (Bash).

CI/CD and Automation

CI/CD systems:

• Experience with one of the popular systems (preferably Jenkins).

Build Tools for Java:

• Basic knowledge and experience of working with Maven or Gradle.

Containerization:

• Understanding of the concept of containers, ability to create Dockerfile for Java applications, image and container management;
• Kubernetes (K8s): Basic understanding of architecture (Pod, Deployment, Service), ability to use manifests (YAML).

Monitoring and Logging:

Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix;

Logging:

• Experience with centralized logging systems (ELK Stack);

Additional requirements:

1. Understanding Java Applications: Understanding the Java application life cycle (from compilation to running on the JVM) and underlying artifacts (JAR/WAR);
2. Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly find and troubleshoot problems in deployment and production environments;
3. Learning: Willingness to quickly learn new tools and technologies;
4. Communication: Ability clearly document the work done and effectively communicate with development teams (Dev).

Responsibilities:
