DevOps Engineer in Animo

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer who will help implement a new project — Cloud Office from of the world company Boosteroid. 

Boosteroid is a Ukrainian product company that develops cloud, streaming, and other related software solutions. Founded in 2016 by ambitious tech enthusiasts who wanted to develop an innovative product for users with limited technical resources. 

The company's first project, Boosteroid, is a cloud gaming service that enables gamers play modern games without your own powerful PC. The service is based on cloud computing technology and allows gamers to stream games directly to their computers or other devices over the Internet. 

The company launches a new product — which revolutionizes the way users interact with resource-intensive programs. This innovative platform allows users to run demanding software on common devices such as basic gadgets, laptops and PCs, eliminating the need for expensive high-performance hardware. With Cloud Office, professionals can seamlessly access and work with powerful applications from anywhere, ensuring productivity and efficiency regardless of device specifications.

What we expect from you:

• 4+ years of administration/DevOps experience in a Linux/Unix environment;
• Basic knowledge of Linux-based solutions and cloud solutions (AWS is an added advantage);
• li>Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes containerized workloads and services, Helm-charts (significant advantage);
• Confident knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI, etc.;
• Experience with automated deployment tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Terraform;
• Experience with databases such as: PostgresSQL, MySQL, database clustering, etc.;
• Version control system : Experience administering version control systems such as GIT;
• Basic scripting skills such as: Shell (Bash), Python, PHP (JavaScript, VB Script, Windows Shell, Windows PowerShell welcome);
• Understanding networks: network topologies and common network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP (S), SSH, SMTP, IPMI, L2/ L3);
• Knowledge of various monitoring tools (Grafana/ELK/Zabbix/Prometeus/CloudWatch, etc.);
• Storage/file systems: nfs, RBD, Ceph, NAS, SAN, FreeNas (advantage), lvm, ext*, xfs, raid*;
• Good knowledge of virtualization platforms and services.

What will you do:

• Work directly with development team and product managers to verify system integrity;
• Design and implement build, deployment and configuration management;
< li style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Create and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning;
• Monitor the indicator and develop ways to improve;
• Create, maintain and monitor configuration standards;
• Manage CI and CD tools with the team;
• Document and design various processes;
