DevOps in YozmaTech

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our company's infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our systems.
 

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement and maintain the company's cloud infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

- Automate deployment, scaling, and management of our applications and services

- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring high availability and performance

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve processes and implement best practices

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and integration

- Ensure security and compliance standards are met for all infrastructure and applications

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements to our systems
 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps role

- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and automation tool such as Google Cloud Platform

- Strong experience with GCP

- Knowledge with moving RDS from unmanaged to managed with backups and be sure that all is well

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby

- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK stack, Prometheus, or Grafana

- Strong understanding of networking and security principles

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
