Development Team Lead (LLM) in EPAM Systems

We are seeking a talented Development Team Lead with proficiency in Large Language Models to join our team.The Development Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of GenAI, Python developers and Data Scientist in the implementation and enhancement of a generative AI and large learning models development platform.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and integration of the generative AI and large learning models development platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define models based on use cases and prioritize minimum viable product (MVP) developmentAssess the technical and economic feasibility of the MVP and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancementsSupport the deployment and on-premises integration of the developed platform using the AI DIAL platformEnsure adherence to best practices and coding standards for Python developmentProvide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environmentRequirementsProficient in Python with a strong core understanding of the languageExperience working with large language models and Python for data analyticsStrong leadership skills with experience leading and managing a team of developersExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
