Development manager (real estate search and analysis) in Novus

Company NOVUS, one of the most successful and promising supermarket chains in Ukraine, invites a Development Manager to its team

Functional duties:

• Analysis of the commercial real estate market;

• Analysis of competition;

• Search for commercial real estate objects;

• Forming a description of objects;

• Conducting negotiations, bringing to a conclusion of the contract;

Skills required for the performance of functional duties:

- knowledge of retail formats stores;

- knowledge of regulations for the location of retail stores;

- understanding of store opening processes

- understanding of the real estate market

-AutoCAD, ArchiCAD
