Development manager of the Zaporizhia, Dnipro region (retail, military trade) in Tactic 4 Profi

Tactic4Profi, a constantly growing chain of stores in Ukraine, which offers a wide range of military-tactical equipment, clothing and footwear of its own production and the most famous brands, is looking for a development manager for the Zaporozhye and Dnieper region (retail). Requirements: successful experience in a similar position of at least 1 year ;knowledge of retail trade processes;experience in personnel management;knowledge of 1C;active life position, responsibility;availability of a car (required);residence in Zaporozhye (region);readiness for daily trips around the region in a personal car (fuel and lubricants compensation).Responsibilities: opening new retail outlets “from scratch” - searching for premises for TT, recruiting personnel, training employees, organizing work on opening TT; concluding agreements with landlords, monitoring compliance with the terms of contracts; resolving administrative and economic issues of TT; organizing and monitoring the work of TT employees; TT sales planning; monitoring and ensuring the implementation of TT target indicators; sales accounting and analysis of TT performance indicators; participation in the development of promotional offers, monitoring the correct display of goods, compliance with company standards; effective interaction with other departments of the company; resolving controversial issues with customers and/or regulatory and other authorities, in case of their occurrence. Work schedule: Mon-Fri 9.00−18.00
