Requirements: higher education (preferably — engineering, technical, economic); confident user of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint ;experience working with databases;experience working with commercial real estate - MANDATORY;own car;analytical way of thinking;communicative. Duties: active search for commercial real estate objects;visiting objects;collection of primary information and documentation; business trips on the territory of Ukraine; calculation of the economic attractiveness of new facilities (feasibility study, TEP, investment planning); calculation of return on investment according to company standards; calculation of profitability of objects; analysis of the commercial real estate market; processing of real estate databases; reporting on the results of the work performed. Working conditions: official employment; office near st. m. Maidan Nezalezhnosti; work schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00; business trips; friendly team.
