Project description: this is an innovation program where we will be developing retail-specific use cases supported with GenAI capability.

Team composition: Product Manager, BA, DevOps, Azure Infra, Cross-Functional Automation Tester, Front-end Power Platform Developers, Back-end Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts in the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in Power Platform development, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain advanced applications using Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and manage data with Dataverse.
• Integrate Power Platform with Azure Cloud services and other Microsoft 365 tools to enhance solution capabilities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to uplift the Power Platform competency within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform and related technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
• Present solutions and progress to stakeholders, demonstrating strong presentation and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Power Platform development, including in-depth knowledge of  Power Apps , Power Automate , and Dataverse .
• Proven experience with Azure Cloud services and integration with Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite , including SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team player attitude.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels.

Good to have:

• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related fields
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom development in Power Apps.
• Knowledge of AI Builder and Power BI for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
